Halloween!

Trick or treating--Northwoods style--- just a few neighbors home who haven't traveled to warmer territories for the winter yet, or who live up there full time. It was funny, because this was the first year they had trick or treators (my mom brought some of our own candy in case the neighbors weren't prepared--but they were--sweet toothed neighbors:)

My dad in the green and gold choking his next door neighbor in those hideous colors:)

Dora the neighbor dog sporting her adorable halloween costume--she was a good sport:)

My Little Mermaid--Aerial!

We had a wonderful Halloween weekend. We headed north to my parents' place and celebrated north woods style:) There was a town Halloween party that evening, but we decided against it with all the superbugs flying around. Our next choice was to hit a really neat pumpkin farm with a lot to do--but we honestly all whimped out do to ungodly temperatures and winds. So we had a fun treasure hunt that we put together for the girls, did a little trick or treating, and then headed over to some friends' beautiful log home where they had a beautiful fire waiting, along with beer, wine, and cocoa, and most importantly, barbies for the girls to play with. It was a wonderful Halloween for all!
