Tortellini Topped with Carmelized Onions and Garlic Infused Oil


-fresh cheese tortellini
-one onion, carmelized with a bit of sugar
-walnuts, toasted in grape seed oil
-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil infused with 5-6 cloves of garlic and crushed red pepper flakes
-freshly grated asiago cheese
