horseback riding and cave exploration in the smokies

interesting history on the cave....back in the 50's in the sticks of tennessee...two six year old boys discovered this cave....they spent all their childhood and teens exploring this cave...but kept it a complete secret.  Once they graduated college, they purchased a ton of land over and surrounding the cave and painstakingly developed it into what it is today.  Another interesting note...there are cables and seismograph machines that can measure earthquakes anywhere in the world, from this very cave!  The machines are carefully enclosed and highly secure as they are the property of the government.
