Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pitted dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted, if solid)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Measure out all of your ingredients (this picture is missing the vanilla, oops!).
- Put all ingredients in your food processor.
- Process until everything is combined and the walnuts are in small bits.
- Put the mixture into a small baking dish and press down very firmly with a spatula. Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours to help it firm up. Cut the tray into approximately 8 bars and enjoy!
