1/2 cup of plain yogurt
1/3 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp mayo
2 Tbsp minced chives
1 small clove
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
black pepper to taste
(**we also throw dill weed in, and add in some dry powdered ranch dressing seasoning, because this did not taste "ranchy" enough for us....those additions make this fabulous...I'm sure you could use non dairy substitutes easily). This is the best-tasting dressing I have ever had!!
